AutoFactix ExciseFlow is a professional tool for calculating Excise Duty on alcoholic products under Greek Law 2960/2001. All calculations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax or customs advice.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Do not upload malicious content or violate third-party rights.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calculations will be free of errors or suitable for any specific purpose. Always consult the competent customs authority before making business decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFactix ExciseFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

All content, design and code of the Service are owned by AutoFactix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The Service displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is processed.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Athens.
